Very honest and truly worthy. They did an amazing job. They arrived at 9 and finished at 2. (It was raining as well). My Air Conditioning feels amazing. 👍

Eder and Gustavo are awesome technicians. They are very professional, polite and respectful and focused. They answered our questions, cleaned up after themselves and took the old a/c units to dispose them. They did a great job. Also, Gabriel, the operational manager, was easy to work with. He was very polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. He responded in a timely manner. He came by to see the work and to check if we were satisfied with the job done. We are very satisfied! I highly recommend Polar King Services Inc for any a/c and ducts issues.

If you're searching for an AC company that delivers beyond expectations, look no further than Polar King. From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding. First and foremost, their customer service is top-notch. From the initial phone call to inquire about services to the completion of the job, every interaction was marked by professionalism and courtesy. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the scope of work and felt confident in their abilities. When it came to the actual annual inspections for St. John Baptist Church of Orlando, the technicians were prompt, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They arrived right on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials. Watching them work, it was evident that they were not only experienced but also genuinely passionate about what they do. They handled every aspect of the installation with precision and care, leaving no detail overlooked. Another aspect that impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. The owner Gabriel is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Polar King to anyone in need of AC services. Whether you're looking for installation, maintenance, or repairs, you can trust them to deliver exceptional results.
